The Redevelopment Commission expressly reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive irregularities of proposals. The City of West Lafayette invites qualified firms to submit a Proposal for the Street Lighting Initiative consisting of the installation of intersectional and midblock lighting along Robinson Street and Indian Trail Drive. This project marks the start of the City's initiative to move towards unifying lighting styles around the city. A summary of the project, services requested, submission requirements, and selection process are included herein. The City of West Lafayette reserves the right to negotiate further with one or more respondents. A detailed project plan and schedule with timelines of milestones showing project completion before or on September 30, 2026.
