The City of West Lafayette is looking to contract an experienced project team from an established firm(s) with expertise in planning and development of early childhood education centers. Team(s) must have engineering and architectural abilities to accurately determine a price to construct a facility for early childhood development that will meet the needs of the community today and well into the future. Notification of Award: December 17, 2025 Proposals received after said time will be returned unopened. No oral, telephoned, telegraphed, facsimile, or email bids or changes to bids will be considered. Questions must be emailed to development@westlafayette.in.gov by Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (EDT). If clarifications or corrections need to be issued to this RFQ, an addendum with questions and responses will be posted to the City website by Thursday, November 5, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. (EDT) on the West Lafayette Bids and Proposals page. The Redevelopment Commission expressly reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive irregularities of proposals.
