Questions Due By: November 10, 2025, 4:30pm EST Notification of Award: December 17, 2025, 8:30am EST The following request for proposal (RFP) is official notification of needed professional services for the City of West Lafayette. This RFP is being issued to solicit construction inspection proposals for the City of West Lafayette. Qualified firms are invited to submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) for the completion of construction inspection services. A submittal does not guarantee the firm will be contracted to perform any services but only serves notice the firm desires to be considered. A summary of the project, services requested, and selection process are included herein. Interested parties shall submit a written proposal that includes a cover letter, description of services provided, and a labor cost for the 2026 construction season. LOIs shall be limited to twelve (12) 8 1/2 " x 11" pages that include identification, qualifications, key staff, and project approach. LOIs are required to include an hourly rate for a minimum of 1,000 hours of construction inspection for the 2026 season. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
