The proposed development must encompass two sites located at 1433 Summit Street and 300 Bensman Avenue in New Haven, Indiana. SITE DETAILS Location: 1433 Summit Street and 300 Bensman Avenue Size: ~4 acres Zoning: Currently Zone R1 Topographic Survey: Completed (available to respondents) Access & Infrastructure: Access is available from Summit Street and Bensman Avenue. One building, located at 1433 Summit Street, is being considered for potential repurpose as a community space. At 300 Bensman Avenue, there are three buildings with varying conditions; some or all of these structures may require demolition. Water, sewer, and stormwater utilities are on or near the site. Gas is provided by NIPSCO, and electricity by AEP.
