Disconnect the Electrical. 2. Follow lockout tag out procedures on electric and steam valves. 3. Remove and dispose of old failed Leslie Water Heaters. 4. Prepare area where necessary to install two (2) new Leslie E600L instantaneous domestic water heaters 5. Furnish and Install two (2) new Leslie E600L instantaneous domestic water heaters, prepipped skid packaged, 60 GPM instantaneous heater with copper helical coil, blending valve, recirculation package, steam traps, strainers, pressure and temperature gauges. All pre-piped and assembled on a structural steel stand. 6. Connect domestic HWS, HWR, steam, condensate. 7. Reconnect the Electrical. 8. Perform start-up and set temperature. 9. Provide training to facility staff on operation. 1.7.3 Permits and Fees: 1. Obtain all permits, licenses, approvals and pay taxes, fees and other costs in connection with the construction of this project, including the installation and operation of all equipment. Permits shall include, but limited to, emergency generators, water use systems, right of way permit, and other State of Maryland licensed and regulated systems. Contractor is responsible for the preparation of all forms, applications, plans, preparation of documents, provide proper notices and obtain necessary approvals.
