The Ridgeway Avenue Street Improvements Project requires all material, labor, equipment, and installation needed to complete all elements of the project. Each sealed bid must be accompanied by a cashiers check or satisfactory bid bond of at least five percent of the bid amount, payable to the City of Florence. The successful bidder must execute and provide construction contract security in an amount not less than one hundred percent of the bid. All bids must be submitted on the required Bid Form, with two completed copies. Questions from contractors during the bidding process should be submitted in writing, via email or fax, to Viox & Viox, Inc., SUBJECT: COF-RIDGEWAY AVE.
