Sealed bids will be accepted for the Florence Y'Alls Concession Renovation at 7950 Freedom Way, Florence, Kentucky. Proposals must include all items as noted in the detailed specifications prepared by KZF Design Architects, Inc. Bidders must prepare proposals in accordance with all provided contract documents, drawings, and specifications. The City of Florence reserves the right to waive any informality, irregularity, or defect in any proposal, and to reject any or all proposals as deemed in the City's best interest. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The City of Florence, Kentucky is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This IS NOT A Prevailing Wage Project This IS NOT Tax Exempt Additional RFIs must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM EST on Monday October 27th.
