Project Description The City of Lawrenceville, Georgia is requesting proposals from qualified Architectural and/or Engineering (A/E) Services consultants to provide comprehensive architectural and/or engineering services to include, but not be limited to: consultative and technical guidance; production of individual project scopes, design documents, construction documents, planning documents, specifications, project schedules and cost estimates; as well as, project management, construction administration, monitoring and testing, data analysis, permitting and report writing services on an as-needed basis. No individual consultant is expected to cover all disciplines requested, therefore it is imperative that any submitting firm make it clear which categories they cover. The City intends to make multiple awards, after which, it will issue individual Project Task Orders/Purchase Orders as the need for services arise. When the need for services arise, the City will request a quote/proposal from a consultant within a specific category. The City will issue individual Purchase Orders to the firm that it believes is best suited to a specific project task. An award within this contract does not obligate nor guarantee that the City will assign a specific amount of work to any consultant.
