Separate sealed bids are requested for the New Pump House and Distribution for the Rolling Ridge Water Association in Bartlett, NH. All bids must be submitted to abby@edgewaternh.com or at the office of Edgewater Strategies, 26 Chalet Drive, Gilford, NH 03249 until 3:00 pm on Friday, October 24, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. 100% payment and performance bonds are required as well as a 5% bid bond. Contracts awarded will be funded in whole or in part by a grant from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Bidders cannot withdraw bids within 60 days after the opening. The Rolling Ridge Water Association reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
