Project Scope: Commonwealth University - Lock Haven Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of the Captain William R. McCollum new entrance gate construction, including the demolition of existing features and the addition of masonry piers and ornamental fencing at the Lusk Run Road / Hill Street entrance to Hubert H. Jack Stadium. Site demolition and monument relocation, asphalt pavement replacement and associated earthwork, masonry pier construction, fence and gate provision and installation, site restoration, and preparation for planting (by others). Provision and installation of pier uplights and site light standard including all required footers and foundations, underground conduit, wiring, and permanent connection to the existing electrical panel at the utility pole. Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
