The Project consists of: Crystal Spring WTP: Provide 6' high black commercial grade aluminum fence, approximately 750' in length. Provide two aluminum picket gates, one 20' cantilever power operated sliding gate at front entrance and one 20' wide double drive gate at entrance adjacent to new hospital addition. Install conduit and wire for controls and power. Owner will provide security controls for gate motor provided by contractor. Contractor will provide (7) 6" steel pipe bollards with concrete footing and filled with concrete. Provide also 6' high black vinyl coated chain link fencing across back side of water treatment plant at base of Mill Mountain. Muse WTP: Provide approximately 1080' in length of 6' high commercial grade galvanized chain link fencing. One 15' wide double swing gate at entrance. One personnel gate at the back side of property. One personnel gate will be provided to access power line. (3) rows of barbed wire will be provided at top of fencing. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Minority Owned Businesses (MBEs) and Women Owned Businesses (WBEs) are encouraged to respond.
