The Project consists of furnishing all services, supplies, materials, equipment, and performing all labor for inspecting/cleaning approximately 19,530 LF of 18" to 54" diameter sewer mains. Bids will be received for a single prime contract not to exceed $225,000. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All questions and technical inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Owner's primary contact, Joseph Arthur, PMP at joseph.arthur@westernvawater.org Minority Owned Businesses (MBEs) and Women Owned Businesses (WBEs) are encouraged to respond. The Authority does not discriminate against a bidder or offeror because of race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, status as a service disabled veteran, or any other basis prohibited by state law relating to discrimination in employment. The Authority does not discriminate against faithbased organizations in accordance with the Code of Virginia 2.2-4343.1. A Bid may be withdrawn in accordance with the Code of Virginia 2.2-4330 by giving notice in writing of Bidder's claim of right to withdraw Bid within two business days after the conclusion of the bid opening procedure and submitting original work papers with such notice.
