Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to abate and completely demolish and remove the structure located at 2348/2350 University Ave., Riverside 92507. All questions, interpretations, clarifications, changes, exceptions, or deviations about this Solicitation must be submitted via "Q&A" through the City's electronic bidding system.
