The Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority (SAWPA) requests proposals from qualified engineering firms to implement the Reach IV-B Lower Maintenance Access Structures (MAS) Project, which will include analysis and design of two new MAS on Reach IV-B Lower. The design includes, but not limited to, system analysis, preliminary design memo, permitting and development of plans and specifications, among other services listed in more detail in Section 4 of the RFP.
