Project Number IFB 2026-6 Estimated Cost $598,007.00 All questions must be directed in writing only to the Chief Procurement Officer, Rita V. Brousseau at rbrousseau@lhma.org by August 28, 2026, no later than 12:00 PM. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Faulkner Street Electrification. Work consists of but is not limited to, new electrical switchgear and metering to each building, provide new equipment for new services and replacement of gas appliances with electric. The LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149, 44A-J. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute These contracts are subject to Federal Davis Bacon Wages, OSHA Certification, DCAMM Eligibility and HUD Section 3 reporting requirements.
