Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit That is Not Less Than Five (5%) of the Greatest Possible Bid Amount (Considering All Alternates) and Made Payable To the Lowell Housing Authority. The Lowell Housing Authority Invites Bids From Qualified Contractors Interested in the Replacement of A Fire Pump at City View Towers Bids Will Be Evaluated And Awarded in Accordance With the Provisions Established Under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149, 44a-j. Vendors Will Be Required to Abide by The Guidelines Established Under This Statute. These Contracts Are Subject to Federal Davis Bacon Wages, Osha Certification and Dcamm Eligibility. Lha Reserves the Right to Amend or Cancel This Ifb, Accept or Reject Any and All Bids and Waive Minor Informalities.
