The City of Lowell is seeking bids to clear, remove soil, manage/dispose of excavated material, backfill, construct a concrete pavement cap and restore the area as specified in the drawings. The contractor shall furnish and install an AEPMM system complete and ready for use. This project involves a Soil Cap & SSDS (Sub-Slab Depressurization System) Installation. Refer to Technical Specifications - For Complete Scope of Work . site located at 175 Willard Street & 271 Humphrey Street, Lowell, Massachusetts Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Sub Bid Category electrical Duration: October 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026 Question Deadline 12/04/2025 Inquiries must be received no later than five (5) business days. All responses to questions shall be in writing, will be simultaneously distributed to all recipients of the IFB, and will be made available to all interested parties.
