Question Deadline 10/16/2025 Questions pertaining to the projectshall be submitted no later than five (5) working days priorto the date specified in the legal notice for the bid opening. Project Description: This project consists of grading and excavation to increase size of existing pond, and construction of path around the pond. Project Completion Date: June 1, 2026. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, and be accompanied by a bidding bond or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid price as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured OR provide a contract bond for 100% of the bid amount. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Wayne County and the City of Wooster, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. Bidders are required to use the forms which will be furnished on application. Contact the City Engineer at 330-263-5251 for all questions and requests for additional information.
