Renovation of a water / sewer project in Wooster, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Project Description: This project includes the upgrade and replacement of HVAC systems for the lab, boiler plant, basement, and pipe gallery at the Water Treatment Plant at 1020 Old Columbus Road. Project Completion Date: December 31, 2026 Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, and be accompanied by a bidding bond or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid price as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured OR provide a contract bond for 100% of the bid amount. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governors Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders are required to use the forms which will be furnished on application. Contact the City Engineer at 330-263-5251 for all questions and requests for additional information. QA date - 11-5-2025 Questions pertaining to the project shall be submitted no later than five (5) working days prior to the date specified in the legal notice for the bid opening
