Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for Site Demolition and Proposed Work associated with the demolition of a 10-million-gallon Flat Bottom Ground Supported Tank. Questions or inquiries relating to this project must be submitted through the Louisville Water Company web-based portal by the specified bid deadline. A Bid Bond is required for this Contract. Bids will only be accepted from Bidders who have been pre-qualified by the Company in the prequalification category or categories that apply to this Bid. This Bid requires prequalification in 24"- 60" Pre-stressed Concrete Water Mains. The Company will award the Contract to the Bidder presenting a Bid that is responsive to the Specifications, is in substantial compliance with the Contract requirements, and presents the lowest and best price for performing the Work making up the base bid and/or Bid that Company determines is in the Company's best interest, which may not necessarily be the least expensive Bid. Bid Documents except the Bid Table may be obtained from Lynn Imaging or from www.lwckyplanroom.com. One copy of the Bid Documents will be available at no charge to Contractors that are prequalified with Louisville Water Company in the category(ies) specified for this bid. The Bid Table is available in Microsoft Excel via download from the designated portal on Louisville Water's electronic bidding site. Pre-qualification requirements: Bids will only be accepted from Bidders pre-qualified by the Company in the category(ies) that apply to this Bid. Specifically, prequalification is required in 24"-60" Pre-stressed Concrete Water Mains. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $250,001 - $500,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Questions or inquiries relating to this project must be submitted through the Louisville Water Company web-based portal by the date and time indicated for this bid.
