The purpose is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to develop the San Luis Obispo Valley Basin Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) Water Year 2025 Annual Report and submit it to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) by the specified deadline. Preparation of the GSP Water Year 2025 Annual Report must be completed in accordance with DWR’s guidelines. All work is to be performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal agency regulatory and code requirements. Compensation will be on a time and materials basis at the rates specified in the consultant’s proposal rate sheet. See Appendix A for detailed scope of work.
