The City of Lake Forest ("City") is requesting proposals for installation of a 160' monopole on property owned by the City located at 1381 W. Kennedy Road, Lake Forest, IL ("the Compost Center"). The City is interested in entering into a ground lease with a private party to install, own, maintain, and manage the monopole and the associated ground equipment enclosure, solicit carriers to locate on the monopole, and enter into lease agreements with said carriers.
