The attachment to this Request for Proposal includes specified equipment descriptions and types, and elevator contractor's cost bids reflect their costs predicated on the equipment specified on the attachment. Contractor shall furnish a "Base Bid Amount" as described below. In the Base Bid Amount, the removal, disposal and installation of the new cylinder/piston unit will be made a part of this RFP. In the event any well hole drilling is necessary, the cost quote for this scope of work will be considered as an additional expense to the removal, disposal and installation of the new cylinder/ piston unit quoted price. In addition, Contractor shall furnish costs as cited in the "Allowance' sections as described below. The "Allowance Costs" must be furnished in the RFP and are specific to other outside contractor's costs for work related to electrical work, fire service recall work for code compliance, HVAC upgrades and general carpentry. Contractor shall make arrangements for outside contractors for code compliance upgrades and equipment warranty conditions.
