The intent of this RFP is to obtain the best qualified, responsible Firm to perform Onwentsia & Poplar Area Storm Sewer Improvements. The purpose of the RFP is to select a professional engineering Firm to provide the City with engineering design services for Phase I and Phase II Design Engineering for the Onwentsia & Poplar Area Storm Sewer Improvements. Phases I and II Engineer Services are planned to be locally funded by the City with Phase II Engineering anticipated to begin in May 2027. The City of Lake Forest reserves the right to reject any and all submissions or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the process.
