Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Plymouth, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Town of Plymouth has received a Community Development Block Grant-Infrastructure Award and intends to develop a final engineering report, rehabilitate or replace four existing lift stations, and install three permanent generators. The Town is soliciting qualifications for professional engineering services to assist in the preparation of a final engineering report and, pending funding, to provide engineering design, bid package services, and construction inspection services for the project in compliance with federal requirements and CDBG program regulations. Payment terms will be negotiated with the selected firm, and professional services will be paid with CDBG funds.
