Remodeling of a swimming pool in Mountain Home, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade swimming pool.
Western Elmore County Recreation District is seeking responses from licensed Idaho Public Works Construction Managers and Contractors in good standing to provide qualifications to perform construction manager services in accordance with Idaho Code §54-4501, et. seq., as determined by the District. The District anticipates a multi-phased buildout to the indoor pool facility. The project will use the Construction Manager/General Contractor delivery process and will be completed through a multi-phase tenant improvement process over the next couple years as funding allows. Responses should address the proposer’s specific qualifications for the project. The Qualification Based Selection process is set to comply with Idaho Code §67-2320, involving solicitation, evaluation, ranking of qualifications, and negotiation of scope of services and fees.
