Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Mountain Home, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 83,853-square-foot municipal facility.
Elmore County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified and properly licensed contractors for the Category B (two-stage) competitive sealed bid process for construction of a new Public Services 2 (PS2) building and associated site improvements. This solicitation is Stage 1, the Prequalification stage of a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) procurement. Competitive bidding is open only to licensed public works contractors after meeting preliminary supplemental qualifications established by the County. A Stage 2 Invitation to Bid (ITB) will be issued to prequalified primes at least 14 days before bid opening. Questions pertaining to this RFQ should be submitted in writing to Clearwater Financial, Christine Stoll, at info@clearwaterfinancial.biz by 5:00 p.m. MT, May 15, 2026. On May 22, 2026, questions and answers will be posted on the County’s RFQ webpage and emailed to all parties that have identified themselves as interested parties by the deadline.
