Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Greensboro ("City") hereby solicits and invites bids from qualified Companies and Businesses ("Contractor"), with proven experience and expertise, to submit a response to the requirements outlined in this RFB and provide pricing for the repair of retaining wall at Gate City Blvd for the Parks and Recreation Department. Question Deadline 10/22/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Question will be received electronically. The selected Contractor(s) will enter into a contract with the City to provide the product(s) outlined in Section 2 of this RFB. The contract term will be for one month. Services shall begin approximately on November 1, 2025. As a result of this RFB, the City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids received in whole or in part, to waive minor technicalities, or to negotiate with all responsive and responsible Contractors. The City also reserves the right to request financial documentation such as, independently audited financial statements, most recent tax returns, or profit loss statements before awarded of this contract. The City reserves the right to award contract(s) in whole or in part, whichever is in the City's best interest as it determines in its sole discretion. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts with the intent to provide service coverage based on geographic areas or other methods by which the city service area may be sub-divided.
