Renovation of a recreation facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade recreation facility.
Sealed proposals will be received from general contractors by the City of Greensboro for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the Steven Tanger Center for Performing Arts Founders Room Renovation Project. The work includes but is not limited to the renovation of an existing office space into a new bar and lounge for the Founders. The area will feature a new bar, catering counter, lighting, upgraded finishes, and new furniture. Area to include a new bar, catering counter, lighting, upgraded finishes, and new furniture. A cutoff date for queries under this Solicitation has been established as 12:00 PM, October 27, 2025. All requests for construction document clarification must be in writing and emailed to the Architect's office by a contractor bidding the project to the attention of Lauren Beverly (lbeverly@cplteam.com) prior to this date. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The project consists of the renovation of approximately 2500 SF of an existing office space into a new bar and lounge for the STCPA Founders. Area to include a new bar, catering counter, lighting, upgraded finishes, and new furniture.
