Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The project includes electrical infrastructure upgrades such as panel replacements, normal and emergency power improvements, bonding, UPS enhancements, and new interfaces with the building management system. Mechanical work includes installing new HVAC systems, upgrading existing equipment, and modifying space to support reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation activities involving demolition, new construction, and interior finishes. The scope also expands space within the MFA, including demolition, new finishes, improved cable management, and cabinet relocation. Communication infrastructure improvements include installing new data outlets, patch panels, and upgrading cabling to Cat 6A in various buildings. Additional work includes physical security upgrades, hazardous material abatement, and enhancements to the campus-wide fiber backbone, including improvements within and between buildings, as well as installing a diversified WAN path to the new data center. Project locations encompass Building 1 (Arrowhead, Buffalo, Cowboy, Douglas Fir), Building 4, Building 5, Building 6, Building 7, Building 8, Building 11, Building 12, Building 13, Building 23, Building 45, the RRTP Building, and associated site areas.
