The questions will be responded to by our Facilities team. Pricing Lump sum The University of Winnipeg (hereinafter referred to as 'U of W') is issuing this RFP seeking qualified vendor(s) to modernize the elevator in the Manitoba Hall Building. This RFP, and the subsequent submission will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the Successful Bidder. The University will enter into an Agreement with the Bidder who submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of the University when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The work will include the following: 1. Provide all necessary labour, materials, products, equipment, third-party support, and services to modernize the elevator at: Manitoba Hall Building, 515 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB, R3B 2E9. 2. Provide ongoing maintenance from the time it is released to the public. Term maintenance shall commence upon clearance of all deficiencies and/or acceptance of the entire group of elevators by the client. The maintenance term will be valid for three years. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
