Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Work under this contract includes the demolishing and replacement of existing electrical panels in University Centre. The contractor will sequence the work and shutdowns as per specifications. Work to take place during summer 2026, coordinating around final exams and business operating hours. Due to the nature of some of the restaurant cold storage, shutdowns affecting coolers and freezers must be kept to under 4 hours. Documents are available at https://umanitoba.bonfirehub.ca/ * Only those companies, who are on the list of Pre-Qualified Electrical Contractors of University of Manitoba, are eligible to bid this project.
