Reference Number 0000304367 Material Testing and Inspection Services– Standing Offer Agreement Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” the following professional services at CFB Shilo, Manitoba: Sampling and testing of concrete, Asphalt and Aggregates. Gradation (Sieve) Analysis. Modified Proctor. Standard Proctor. Concrete Compression Test. Concrete Air and Slump Test. Concrete Core Analysis. Mortar or grout compressive test. Asphalt Marshall Analysis. Asphalt Cores. Super Pave. Mass Concrete Temperature Monitoring. Confirmation of bearing capacity. Soil and Rock at foundation inspection and recommendations. Flexural Strength Concrete Test. In place compaction testing. In place density testing. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Invitation to Tender (ITT). The objective of this ITT is to select the Proponent with the highest total score. The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $50,000. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up two (2) additional one (1) year period and increased by $50,000 at any time. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 5,000 and $ 25,000. Refer to the ITT document for additional information.
