Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
IDOT is seeking fencing and gate repairs and replacements for various locations in District 3. This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside. OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE: 1.1.1. Vendor shall provide Labor and Material to replace chain link fence and existing swing gates with aluminum slide gates. The Vendor shall perform work at the IDOT District 3 Gibson City Maintenance Yard, Forrest Maintenance Yard, Buckley Maintenance Yard and Ashkum Maintenance Yard. 1.1.1.1. Replace approximately 1160 linear feet of existing perimeter security fence at Gibson City Maintenance Yard. Replace manual steel swing gate at Gibson City Maintenance Yard with 30' Aluminum slide gate. 1.1.1.2. Replace approximately 1502 linear feet of existing perimeter security fence at the Forrest Maintenance Yard. Replace 24' manual swing gate on main entrance with 30' Aluminum slide gate and new electric gate opener. Replace 24' manual swing gate on north side with 24' Aluminum slide gate. 1.1.1.3. Replace 24' manual swing gate at the Buckley Maintenance Yard with 24' Aluminum slide gate Replace 24' manual swing gate at Ashkum Maintenance Yard with 24' Aluminum slide gate and new electric gate opener. Install a 36" wide man door in existing chain link fence, to the west of slide gate.
