The Work to Be Completed Under This Contract Includes the Demolition and Replacement of Floorcoverings and Wall Base in the Warminster Township Free Library. The Area of New Carpet and Luxury Vinyl Tile is Approximately 10,000 Square Feet. Work Shall Commence on Monday May 4th, 2026 and Be Substantially Complete by Friday May 8th, 2026. This Project is Subject to the Applicable Provisions of Act 422, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as Amended, and the Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates Issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry for Work Valued at Over $25,000. If the Contract Price Exceeds $175,000.00, the Project is Also Subject to the Township's Responsible Contractor Ordinances. All Bids Shall Remain Subject to Acceptance for 60 Days After the Bid Opening or for Such Period of Time That Bidder May Agree to in Writing Upon Request. Warminster Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids for Any Cause Whatsoever, to Eliminate Any Item or Items From the Contract, and to Waive Any Informality in the Bids.
