Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Canyon City, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,560-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and one-story above grade municipal facility.

The work consists of the following construction: Schedule A - Construction of new steel and wood 40'x64' building. The city is provided the building package, structure, doors, and windows. Contractor will be providing materials, labor and equipment for site work, concrete foundation, heating system, electrical, insulation, and construction of building. Optional additional items include interior sheathing, restroom and office (framing to finished). Schedule B - Reconstruction of existing sanding shed and open equipment bay. The existing building was damaged in a windstorm and requires new walls, partial concrete foundation, roof framing and roofing per plans. Contractor to provide all materials, labor, and equipment for construction as noted in the plans and specifications. Proposals shall be clearly marked with the project title, time, and date of bid opening, and delivered to the specified address before the deadline. All proposals shall be made on proposal forms, accompanied by completed Bidder's Certification Statements, Bidders Performance and Payment Bond Statement, and First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form (within two hours of bid closing). A one hundred percent performance bond and payment bond will be required. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids if in the public interest, may reject non-compliant bids, postpone the award, delete certain items, and award to the lowest responsible bidder.
