Each proposal must be accompanied by a copy of a certified check or bid bond payable to Bart Township Supervisors, in an amount not less than Ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Performance financial security and payment financial security, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price in form set forth in the bidding documents, The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Sponsor Each bidder is encouraged to visit the site of the proposed work and acquaint themselves with existing conditions affecting the work.
