Site work for a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Sunset Greenway Signage Replacement Project: Sunset Park to Coldwater Commons Park (732G) in St. Louis County and Florissant and Hazelwood, Missouri. This work consists of the demolition of older, existing signs and the installation of new wayfinding and interpretive signs by various methods. This project also includes improvements to crosswalk paint at the intersection of Patterson Road and Mullanphy Lane which requires a permit from St. Louis County. The permit is ready for payment and pickup. This project includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications. All requests for clarification on these bidding documents must be received in writing by October 29, 2025 at 4:00PM. A 5% Bid Security in the form specified in the bidding documents is required. Participation Goals for the project are 25% MBE and 5% WBE (subject to Section 16.2 below). The District reserves the right to waive informalities in bids, and to reject any and all bids submitted.
