A&E On-Call Best Management Practices (BMP) Effectiveness, BMP Evaluation, BMP Development and Water Quality Monitoring Services, Districts 43 Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract to perform consultation, research, professional and technical services required for the California Department of Transportation ("Caltrans") Headquarters ("HQ") Water Quality Services, on an "as-needed" basis to support Caltrans, Division of Environmental Analysis, District 43 The work shall be performed on projects to improve the State transportation system facilities within District 43. The specific location within the above-described geographical limits of the work to be performed within this geographic area shall be identified in each Task Order. Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement. The estimated contract amount is $12,017,383 - $19,528,247 5% Participation Goal Required. The estimated contract term is three (3) years. It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting a Statement of Qualifications. The Department has no way of identifying companies or entities that have obtained the project documents for teaming purposes.
