Reference Number 0000401095 The Town of Tiverton is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for rental of a Portable Bituminous Concrete Crusher and operator(s). All vendors, by the submission of their bid, covenant to be bound hereby and to perform in accordance with this request to submit bids and these instructions to venders. General Requirements - Insurance Required A duly authorized representative must sign bids in the name of the bidding company. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The vendor will be responsible for all required permits and inspections.
