Jones by time at administrator@tiverton.ri.gov. The Town of Tiverton ("Town") is requesting sealed proposals ("Proposal") from Qualified Companies hereafter called (Responder or Bidder) for the development of a Renewable Energy Project ("Project") at the former Tiverton Sanitary Landfill No. 2 ("Site"). The objective of this Project is to build a functioning photovoltaic ("PV") solar facility ("Solar Facility") and for the Town to enter into a land lease agreement with the selected Respondent. General Requirements - Insurance Required The Town reserves the right to reject any and all responses and accept the responses deemed to be the most favorable in the best interest of the Town.
