Malverne seeks a qualified vendor for performance of construction work to include paving improvements and ancillary work along Bond Avenue, Oak Street and Spruce Street in Malverne. Time is of the essence and the proposal must include the project estimated duration. Successful vendor should be prepared to commence work within 10 days from the Notice to Proceed issued by Malverne following award.
