Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Baytown, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to install and furnish a new sanitary sewer lift station located at 3911 East IH-10 Freeway, including wet well, pumps, valves, piping, electrical equipment building and generator platforms, electrical equipment, generator, gas service line, water service line, coordination of utility service connections, driveway, fencing, and site grading. Demolition of existing IH-10 lift station and rehabilitation of existing wet well and sanitary sewer lines as shown on plans. Installation of approximately 185 linear feet 12-inch water line including valves and appurtenances. The City of Baytown reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
