Site work for a development in Bonita Springs, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
Professional engineering services are required on a continuing basis for the District. The selected engineering firm will act in the general capacity of District Engineer and, if authorized, may provide general engineering services as well as services related to the design and construction administration associated with the District's capital improvement plan. One or more engineering firms may be selected to provide services on an ongoing basis. Applicants must hold applicable federal, state, and local licenses, be authorized to do business in Florida, and submit a Qualification Statement detailing qualifications and relevant past experience on U.S. General Services Administration’s Architect-Engineer Qualifications, Standard Form No. 330, with supporting data. Information to be submitted must include the ability and adequacy of professional personnel, status as a certified minority business enterprise, willingness to meet time and budget requirements, past experience and performance, geographic location of offices, current and projected workloads, and volume of previous work awarded by the District. Applicants must also specify the individual who would be handling District meetings, construction services, and other engineering tasks. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Qualification Statements and will comply with all relevant Florida law.
