Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lander, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of the following work: reconstruction of approximately 400 linear feet of roadway complete with subgrade and base course preparation, asphalt paving, sidewalk, curb and gutter, valley pan, signage, and striping; grading and earthwork for construction of approximately 11,500 SY of gravel parking lot; installation of approximately 900 linear feet of 8" PVC water main, 280 linear feet of pressure sewer, and culvert installation and replacement; and installation of underground electrical conduit, light poles, and miscellaneous electrical work. All work must comply with HUD federal labor standards provisions.
