The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Pre-qualified Proponents from RFPQ 1070-2425-178A Construction Management Services for Various Housing Projects and have received formal notification of their qualification to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a Contract (the "Contract") with an experienced, qualified supplier (the "Supplier") to provide the Deliverables. Proponents must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from Proponents who did not submit the signed NDA.
