Construction of women's transitional housing. TIMELINE: Negotiable Request for Proposals is underway for Prime Consulting Services, inviting Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables for the project. Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract (the "Contract") with an experienced, qualified supplier (the "Supplier") to provide the Deliverables. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Proponents must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from Proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. Signed NDA must be submitted to the attention of the BC Housing Contact It is the Proponent's sole responsibility to verify that their NDA has been received by BC Housing and request information about the property type and location. Question Deadline: 10/17/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Deadline for Issuing Addenda : 24 October 2025.
