Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Dardenne Pr, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
**As of November 25th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be on December 15th, 2025** Upgrades to the existing Highway K Lift Station including, but not limited to, construction of a new CMU electrical room and removal and replacement of electrical equipment, plumbing, valves, and HVAC equipment, along with associated civil, sitework, structural, and electrical work. Bids are to be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum basis and must be submitted on forms provided by the Engineer. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid is required in accordance with instructions to bidders. Each bid must remain open for up to ninety (90) days after opening. Prospective bidders must contact the issuing office to receive bidding documents and be added to the plan holders list. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids, reject non-responsive bids, waive informalities, and determine the lowest, responsive, responsible bid. The Owner may also award the project in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Duckett Creek Sanitary District. Question Deadline 11/08/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing to Adrianne Eilers, PE, Crawford, Murphy & Tilly at aeilers@cmtengr.com. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
