Renovation of a water / sewer project in Gallatin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Scope of Work #1 Pump Station 1104 Lakeshore Drive, Gallatin TN 37066 Contractor will reclaim refrigerant from existing HVAC unit. City will Remove the existing HVAC unit. Install (2) 4-ton 460 Volt 3 Phase condensers with (2) 4- ton 208/230-volt single phase air handlers with 5 KW heat. Each HVAC unit shall have a Honeywell Vision Pro 8000 Wi-Fi Thermostat installed. Run new refrigerant lines. Use & reconnect existing drain Line City will supply Power Feeds and Power Disconnects for new units. Each condenser shall have a low ambient kit control installed. Each condenser shall have a line voltage/phase monitor installed and the city will specify type of monitor and provide. Contractor will reclaim refrigerant from the existing HVAC unit. The City will remove the existing HVAC unit. The contractor will install two 4-ton 460 Volt 3 Phase condensers with two 4-ton 208/230-volt single phase air handlers with 5 KW heat. Each HVAC unit must have a Honeywell Vision Pro 8000 Wi-Fi Thermostat installed. New refrigerant lines must be run, and the existing drain line will be used and reconnected. The City will supply power feeds and power disconnects for the new units. Each condenser shall have a low ambient kit control installed. Each condenser shall have a line voltage/phase monitor installed as specified and provided by the City. Installation must comply with all relevant local codes and regulations. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits prior to beginning the installation. The City is responsible for proper disposal of the removed HVAC equipment. Vendor must deliver all equipment free on board to Gallatin, TN, complete the attached price sheet, and provide all necessary equipment, including a crane, to complete the job. Vendor must provide a 1-year warranty on labor, a 5-year warranty on parts and compressor, and submit all warranty information with the bid.
