Scope of Work as Follows: Spring & Fall clean-ups, and repairing plow damage of 7 Municipal properties within Sanbornton Town Library, Old Town Hall, Town Office, and the field behind all 3 buildings, (17, 19, and 27 Meetinghouse Hill Rd.) Public Cemetery, (Corner of Rufus Colby Rd. & Tower Hill Rd.) Fire Department and Police Department, (565 & 573 Sanborn Rd.) Town beach, (72 Dr. True Rd.) Chapel Fire Station, (11 Weeks Rd.) Town Park, (180 Shaw Hill Rd.) Transfer Station, (184 Shaw Hill Rd.) Mowing & trimming of 7 Municipal properties within Sanbornton starting the third Tuesday of April and going through the third Tuesday of October Town Library, Old Town Hall, Town Office, and the field behind all 3 buildings, (17, 19, and 27 Meetinghouse Hill Rd.) Mowing every 7-10 days Public Cemetery, (Corner of Rufus Colby Rd. & Tower Hill Rd.) Every 7-10 days Fire Department and Police Department, (565 & 573 Sanborn Rd.) Every 7-10 days Town beach, (72 Dr. True Rd.) Every 7-14 days Chapel Fire Station, (11 Weeks Rd.) Every 7-14 days Town Park, (180 Shaw Hill Rd.) Every 7-14 days Town Park, (180 Shaw Hill Rd.) Every 28 days Transfer Station, (184 Shaw Hill Rd.) Every 14-28 days Snow removal on walkways at 3 Municipal properties within Sanbornton. Snow must not exceed 2" between the hours of 6a.m.-8p.m. and cannot exceed 6" during the hours of 8p.m.-6a.m. Town Office (17 Meetinghouse Hill Rd.) Old Town Hall (19 Meetinghouse Hill Rd.) Town Library (27 Meetinghouse Hill Rd.) Clearing a specified area once a year with a field mower Public Cemetery, (Corner of Rufus Colby Rd. & Tower Hill Rd.) A document specifying all criteria for each category of scope of work may be provided to any parties interested in this bid. The Town of Sanbornton is looking for a two-year contract starting on November 1 st , 2025, and ending October 31st, 2027.
